We don’t do much in shared windows hosting but when we acquired GiftGallery earlier this year we inherited the shared hosting arrangements with Hosting 365 – now register365 aka namesco – but still hosted by hosting365 . The site was down for a couple of hours yesterday and we have asked for explanations but not as yet received any. This is the second time in a month and last time it was some sort of attack on another site in the windows cluster. We are moving the live site over to Blacknight where we have the latest version in development as soon as possible.
Our apologies to all merchants but this is totally outside our control. Apparently (and we only learned this recently) this happened last year at this time too… We hope to be moved to Blacknight by next week.
So if you experienced outages on the same servers the outage period looks something like this. If anyone has managed to get a report from Namesco or Hosting 365 share it here!
